Jumping Beans

 

I cook beans from scratch frequently, so after I rinse them in the colander several times, I transfer them into the pressure cooker, add the vegetable broth, secure the lid, close the vent, and press the Beans/Chili button to start the cooker.  So, now that the beans are cooking, and I’m standing next to the kitchen counter…

 

Why not take a few minutes to do some Jumping Beans?

 

These are identical to Jumping Jacks (remember those?), just like what we did in Physical Education class at school.

Be sure to tighten those abs and glutes so you get a good whole body workout.

 

Do a set of 10, and if you’re up to it, do 3 sets of 10 repetitions.
